Pilates
At ĀSANA, our Pilates classes focus on building core strength, improving posture, and increasing flexibility. We offer both Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates. Mat Pilates is done on the floor using bodyweight and small props to strengthen and stabilize the body. Reformer Pilates uses a special machine with spring resistance to provide a more dynamic, full-body workout that supports proper alignment and control. Both styles are suitable for all levels and help you move with strength and awareness.

Yoga

HIIT & Functional
Our HIIT & Functional class at ĀSANA is designed to boost strength, endurance, and overall fitness through high-energy, full-body workouts. HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief recovery periods, helping you burn calories and improve cardiovascular health efficiently.
Functional exercises focus on movements that train your body for real-life activities—building strength, stability, and mobility. This class is suitable for all levels, with modifications offered for beginners and challenges for more advanced participants.

Sound Healing
Sound Healing at ĀSANA offers a deeply restorative experience that uses therapeutic sound vibrations to calm the nervous system and promote emotional well-being. You’ll simply lie down in a comfortable position while instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes create a soundscape around you. These gentle vibrations help reduce stress, release energetic blockages, and bring the body into a state of deep relaxation.
